A: Items are returnable up to 30 days after purchase.

A: Simply contact us at support@bold-zilla.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.
Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We will process and ship your order the same day or within 1-5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed. The arrival time is between 10-35 business days.
Q - Where do you ship from?
A: We have multiple fulfillment centers and ship all across the globe. If you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately due to the products being shipped out of different fulfillment centers.
